Can I purchase multiple domain names for my business?
Yes, of course you can. However, you will only have one website address i.e. www.examples.com.au and the other domain names can be pointed to that address.
This is a smart tactic if you wish to really grow your business and ensure people find you online. We can assist you with both purchasing new domain names and pointing them to your website.
What is an SSL Certificate?
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and as online security has become a necessity, you do have to have an SSL certificate on your website.
We offer this as a standard service in our Managed Web Hosting packages.
Do you offer support?
Yes we do offer support via an online system where you log your query and we fix the issue or get back to you with an answer. We call this our ticketing system support.
We do plan to bring in a phone support also and look forward to rolling this out in the near future.
